EDUCATION:

May 2003, Graduated with distinction from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in graphic design, minor in Spanish.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

June 2003 – May 2004, worked as a graphic designer for Eurosport Magazine, the largest vendor of soccer equipment in the world. Worked with merchandising department and equipment/apparel vendors to create catalog pages and develop advertisements and promotional campaigns. Directed photo shoots and edited final images.

June 2004 – Nov. 2004, worked as interim art director for Volleyball Magazine at Madavor Media in Boston, MA. Re-designed entire layout and visual style. Worked with both advertising vendors and editorial staff to lay out all pages from cover to cover.

Dec. 2004 – June 2008, joined Cleveland Design in Boston, MA. Played an integral role in transition branding, creation of global standards and implementation of sales communications for Sensitech Inc. Managed projects for a variety of other clients including Fidelity Investments, Old Mutual Asset Management and Fenway Community Health.

July 2008 – Present, began independent contractor work in Charlotte, NC. Currently developing Web sites and print collateral for a diverse list of clients.
